Hello dear ones, Happy last month of 2020. This year has really been a testament to what life can look like: unexpected and always changing. It is especially in the chaos that we have to do the work to stay centered and focused. I have seen you grow in consciousness and in self discovery during these times 👏 Some of you have committed to becoming your own healers by learning Reiki, gone through 1-on-1 coaching with me, and completed the 8-week yin yoga journey. The transformation that I have seen humbles me and motivates me to keep sharing more with you. My intentions for next year is to keep supporting those who are ready to do the work to self heal.
